Hi! I'm Daniel Sanjaya

I am passionate about helping people transform their lives in career, business, and self-growth.

In my journey as leadership and career coach, managing consultant, corporate trainer, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, author, and passionate lecturer who have lived in several countries (Spain, Italy, Japan, US, and Indonesia), I have found out that people who pursue their passions will find true happiness.

About professional working experience, I was a successful corporate strategist for one of the biggest corporate in Indonesia. Overall, I have approximately 10-years of working experience from consulting to technology start-up in the area of talent and organizational performance, change management, leadership and business transformation, stakeholder management, corporate strategy, and sustainability. I was at the peak of my performance. However, I realize that my work doesn't give me true happiness.

In 2018, I got once-in-lifetime opportunity to participate at Global Leaders for Innovation and Knowledge (GLIK) Program, sponsored by Fujitsu JAIMS Foundation, in Japan, Hawaii (USA), Singapore, and Thailand. From this program, I had discovered my passion to give positive impact to the people. I believe that I could achieve full happiness by taking the job that empowers and motivates people.

After having returned from GLIK Program, I decided to make big decision to leave corporate world and started a new career that could help people transform their lives and unleash their potentials to pursue true happiness.

About my educational background, I am a person who have bagged numerous achievements in life such as Fujitsu Scholarships, JAIMS President Award, Senator Francis A.Wong Leadership Award, Honorable Student Award, Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, First Runner-up of Trust by Danone, Accenture High Performance Scholarship, and others.

So, now I am coaching various clients from CEO to college student in the area of career, business, and life to help them transform their lives. Furthermore, I am so glad that I could make positive impact for my client life.
